How it's billed

A transparent 12–15% cost-plus execution retainer. All material procurement, automated components and structural labor are billed directly at true programmatic cost — no markup surprises.

Management spans the entire phase timeline, from digital twin initialization through final on-site sign-off.

The Property Registration Suite

  • A clear, upfront split between our professional fee and any government stamp duty, registration or filing charge

  • Cooperative Housing Society Registration — ₹32,000 flat
  • RERA Project Registration — ₹55,000, plus ₹8/sq.m beyond the first 1,000 sq.m of project area
  • Township Layout & Development Approval — ₹2,25,000 starting retainer

Government stamp duty, registration fees and RERA filing charges are statutory payments made directly to the relevant authority — always disclosed separately, never folded into our fee.

Brokerage, by transaction
  • Selling a Property — 1% of sale value, ₹15,000 minimum professional fee
  • Buying a Property — 1% of purchase value, ₹15,000 minimum professional fee
  • Renting / Leasing a Property — one month’s rent, ₹8,000 minimum professional fee

Optional add-ons — valuation reports, professional photography, featured listing placement, legal & title verification and tenant screening — are priced separately and never bundled into the base brokerage.
